Requirements for your Trial Property Shoot
Photography Requirements
You will need to submit 16-24 high-quality photos of a single property. These images should be professionally composed, well-lit, and effectively showcase the space. A strong selection should include wide-angle shots of key areas, such as living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and any relevant exterior spaces. All images must be submitted in JPEG format with minimal post-processing. The focus should be on natural lighting, correct exposure, and proper framing, ensuring that the final images meet the expectations of our clients.
Floorplan Requirements
In addition to the photos, you must provide a floorplan sketch that meets RICS guidelines. The sketch must be accurate, legible, and include all essential property dimensions. It should clearly indicate fixed elements such as doors, windows, and built-in furniture to ensure clarity for CAD processing. The floorplan can be either hand-drawn on paper or created digitally, but it must be neat, properly scaled, and easy to interpret.
